Our Story
About The Bun Place
The Bun Place is a Jamaican initiative set up to make it easy for Jamaicans at home and abroad to share the joy of Easter by supplying bun and cheese, especially with those who need it most.
It's All About The Family
For Easter 2026, our main focus is on families severely affected by Hurricane Melissa. By buying from selected suppliers and coordinating our own riders, and doing the logistical planning, we stretch every dollar and reach more homes.
Why people trust us:
- Jamaican-owned and operated
- Direct relationships with large bakeries
- Dedicated delivery riders
- Strong partnerships with churches and community groups
Our Church Partner – Faith Apostolic Ministries
Faith Apostolic Ministries has been actively serving communities in St Elizabeth, Westmoreland, St James, Trelawny and St Ann following Hurricane Melissa.
What Faith Apostolic Ministries has been doing:
Identifying vulnerable families including children, elderly and single-parent households
We work hard to serve the vulnerable in our communities, ensuring every household feels the joy of easter.
Providing spiritual and emotional support alongside material relief
While physical relief is important and we are commissioned to feed the poor and needy, spiritual health and emotional wellbeing is just as import. We pray for and provide counsel to vulnerable families.
